Public Notice is hereby given that a position on the Board of Directors of the South Weber Water Improvement District became vacant on September 14, 2026, due to the resignation of Board Member, Darren Hess. The term will expire on December 31, 2027. Anyone interested in applying for the vacancy must meet the Constitutional and Statutory qualifications requirements for candidacy which are: • Registered voter in the South Weber Water Improvement District • Not convicted of a felony Applicants must also submit a letter of application to the District by mail, postmarked by September 28th, 2026, or emailed to: southweberwater@gmail.com sent by September 28th 2026.
